"It was great working with Todd, Hayes, and Brooke. They brought us the exact property we’d been looking for. Todd brought the opportunity to us before it hit the market which gave us an advantage in getting the property. He was out the next day to do a video walk through and provided great advice on developing an offer that was accepted. As we went through the closing process, Todd provided a clear understanding of what the steps were and helped us walk through every step on the way. He checked in on a very regular basis to see if we had any questions or if there was anything he could help with. Whenever we did have questions, Todd and his team got us answers back very quickly. As we’ve now moved in and met some neighbors, they’ve noted Todd has represented several sales in the area with very satisfied results from both the buying and selling side.
